As a Bartender at Rixos Hotels & Resorts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive professional, friendly, and engaging service at all times. Reporting to the Beverage Manager, your responsibilities will include assisting guests with beverage menu items in an informative manner, mixing drinks according to guidelines, maintaining beverage stock levels, and having full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions. Additionally, you will be expected to be well-versed in menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods while adhering to outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.

The ideal candidate for this position should have previous bartending experience along with excellent knowledge of all beverage products. Experience with point of sale systems is an asset. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities are essential for success in this role. Being highly responsible and reliable is key while working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in an additional foreign language such as Russian would be advantageous.
