As a Senior Finance Manager at RNA Resources Group Limited, you will play a pivotal role in our Citymax Corporate Finance team. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing Hotel Finance Operations, leading the hotel finance team, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and audits, as well as preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and Board presentations. You will drive budgeting and forecasting processes, manage Capex and Opex budgets effectively, and provide valuable analytics to support strategic decision-making by the management.

The ideal candidate for this position is a Qualified Chartered Accountant from India with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years as a finance controller within a cluster of hotels. You must possess advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in Powerpoint presentations. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in business planning, business partnering, and analysis roles. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in business partnering or working with B4 would be advantageous.
