Senior Accountant - UAE Nationals

We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant - UAE Nationals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements and budget forecasting. You will develop assumptions for budgeted income and expenditure, prepare agency budgets for revenues, operating and capital expenditure, and manpower in coordination with respective agencies. Additionally, you will monitor budget vs. actual on a periodic basis, prepare budget proposals based on the strategic plan of RTA, and issue financial statements monthly.

To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university with 0-2 years of experience or a Financial Diploma/Diploma (Maliyoun) with 4 years of working experience. You must possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge in Budgeting and Forecasting, and be a flexible team player who can effectively prioritize multiple projects. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and computer proficiency are essential for success in this role.
