As a Hospitality Analyst within our Asset Management division, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with research, preparation, and presentation of information related to hotel operator engagement. Your responsibilities will include reviewing hotel performance, ensuring financial and operational targets are met, maintaining documentation of operational activities, and assisting with special projects such as report preparation and statistical analyses. Additionally, you will build relationships with clients and operators through attending meetings and reviews while supervising interns.

To excel in this role, you must possess a background in Finance/Business Analysis, demonstrate financial acumen, hold a university degree, and ideally have GCC experience. A minimum of two years' experience as an Analyst in a Hospitality Consulting Company or Finance Executive is required. You should have a strong understanding of hotel financials and KPIs, excellent analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends.

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience as an Analyst in Hospitality Consulting Company
  • Finance Executive in a business environment
  • GCC experience is desirable
  • A background in Finance/Business Analysis

  • Understanding of hotel financials and KPIs
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform administration, research, review, and analysis on financial performance of assigned property portfolios
  • Maintain documentation pertaining to operational day-to-day functional activity
  • Special project work - assists the Asset Management team by preparing reports, presentations, statistical analyses, etc.
  • Relationship building with clients and operators including attending meetings and reviews
