As the Finance Manager at Royal Avenue Investments, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the company's finances, cashflows, and producing detailed financial reports. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will develop and implement strategies to achieve our long-term objectives while providing valuable insights to executives for informed decision-making.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts team and controlling the posting process in the ERP system. You will liaise with suppliers to issue credit or debit notes, monitor returns, and reconcile supplier statements. Additionally, you will approve purchase orders, verify agreements with suppliers, manage bank balances and credit facilities, process payments online, analyze cost elements for efficiency improvements, prepare financial statements and budgets for management presentations, as well as provide support during audits.
