We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant with hospital and healthcare experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within our healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include preparing accurate financial statements tailored to the healthcare sector, developing annual budgets specific to hospital operations, overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and healthcare policies, supporting audit processes, conducting financial analyses for decision-making, mentoring junior staff, and implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency within the finance department.

The successful candidate must possess proficiency in accounting software with a focus on healthcare applications, a strong understanding of IFRS, healthcare regulations, and local accounting standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role. Additionally, experience in leading and developing a finance team within a healthcare setting is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is required.
