As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and conditions to drive strategic decisions that align with our client's mission of urban development. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, investors, government agencies, and clients to secure new projects and investments. Additionally, you will source and evaluate development opportunities, negotiate deals, prepare financial projections, and assist in budgeting for new projects. Collaboration with sales teams for marketing strategies and forging strategic alliances are also key aspects of this role.

To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field along with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry. Knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulations is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of successfully securing new business opportunities.
