RTC-1 Employment Services is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a full-time position in Dubai, UAE. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Gatship and CargoWise platforms across our organization. Your role will involve developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. Collaboration with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables will be crucial. Additionally, you will manage cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects. Identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project success will also be part of your responsibilities.
To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' solid experience in any shipping or logistics background. You should be open to European and CIS nationalities, aged 45 years old or below. Immediate joiners will be prioritized for this position. Communication skills are key as you will conduct regular status updates with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
