As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in upholding the high standards of our client's establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in developing and updating the SOP Manual for Food and Beverage Service.
- Identify training needs within the food service team, ensuring all employees receive comprehensive induction programs and necessary skills training.
- Conduct both on-and-off job training sessions as required, maintaining accurate records of all training activities.
- Assist in recruiting new staff members while adhering to budgetary constraints and involving the Human Resources department throughout the process.

Position Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 9.5K AED all-inclusive (depending on experience) + duty meals
Benefits: As per UAE Labor Law

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Open to CIS and European nationalities
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the F&B industry, including international exposure
