Our client, a Dubai-based international shipping vessel agency serving the MENA region, is seeking a dedicated Head of Operations - Logistics to join their dynamic team. As a key player in the industry, our client is committed to providing efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions while upholding the highest standards of service delivery. With a focus on inventory control, warehousing, and transportation, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate goods delivery to clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize service quality. Your primary duties will include overseeing daily logistics operations, managing logistics budgets, and monitoring expenses to ensure profitability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an operations head or account manager in Shipping, Oil & Gas Shipping, or Maritime Logistics. Additionally, candidates must be open to CIS and European nationalities and be 45 years old or below.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to 18K AED all-inclusive based on experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, benefits such as airline ticket allowance, laptop provision, and sim card coverage are provided in accordance with UAE labor laws.
