As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained, and leading a team to meet production targets effectively. Collaboration with the Quality Assurance team to conduct quality checks and resolve any product inconsistencies will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will implement and oversee procedures to ensure accurate and safe cutting, portioning, and packaging of items.
The ideal candidate for this position must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field along with at least 5 years of UAE experience within the FMCG industry. You should be a male candidate aged 40 years old or below who excels in coordinating teams towards achieving common goals. The position offers full-time employment with a salary of up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications as well as benefits as per UAE labor law.
