Our client, a reputable F&B group in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of all front-of-house and back-of-house functions within our establishment. From opening to closing, you will lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service while maintaining team morale and upholding company standards. Your primary focus will be on providing a superior dining experience by addressing customer concerns, managing reservations, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring budgets, controlling operational costs, and managing inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Additionally, you must ensure strict adherence to local health, safety, and hygiene regulations alongside company policies and industry best practices. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of UAE experience working in a high-end restaurant setting. It is essential that you have previous experience working for a licensed venue and possess a valid UAE Driving License with your own car.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to 16K AED all-inclusive (depending on experience) along with tips and duty meals as additional perks.
