Our client, a prominent F&B Group in the UAE, is currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team in Dubai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff, as well as scheduling shifts and managing team performance to maintain smooth operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring that issues are resolved effectively to uphold the company's reputation for exceptional service.
In order to excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in Restaurant Management from QSR or Burger chains. You should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented approach. A valid UAE Driving License and access to your own car are required for this position. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, along with benefits as per UAE labor law including tips, duty meals, and uniform.
