As a Finance Manager at Salt, you will play a crucial role in developing financial strategies alongside senior management to ensure the organization's financial well-being. The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite is essential along with being detail-oriented and analytical. Retail experience is a must-have qualification for this role.
