As a Finance Manager at Salt, you will play a crucial role in developing financial strategies alongside senior management to ensure the organization's financial well-being. You will be responsible for creating an overall finance strategy that drives short-term and long-term financial planning for the company. Handling large amounts of data with ease, you will act as a business partner, decision-maker, and provide regular financial reporting to the VP.
Key responsibilities of this role include preparing reliable current and forecast reports, managing financial statements and recommendations for senior leadership, establishing Financial and Commercial KPIs across various functions of the company, evaluating fundraising plans and capital structure, managing investor relations by providing updates to shareholders regularly, coordinating audit activities, overseeing cash flow processes for optimal cash availability, managing banking relationships effectively, and ensuring compliance with corporate taxation regulations.
The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite is essential along with being detail-oriented and analytical. Retail experience is a must-have qualification for this role.
