Savills Middle East, a globally recognized real estate brand, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Accounting Finance Controller to lead and manage the accounting teams supporting the Property Management function across the Middle East. As part of the regional Property Management leadership team, this role will be responsible for delivering high-quality client accounting services, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the operational goals of the property management division.

Reporting to the regional Finance Director and overseeing teams in various locations including Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, and Oman from the Dubai office, the Client Accounting Finance Controller will manage the client accounting team to ensure processes and controls are consistent across the region. Responsibilities include overseeing accurate financial reporting for commercial and residential properties, managing service charge reconciliations, rent collection, accounts payable/receivable functions, debt management, and ensuring that all financial reporting is completed in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate must be a qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA) with a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in a similar function in the GCC/MEA region. Strong leadership skills are required to lead and develop a team of client accountants while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary along with experience using Yardi or other PM related systems.
