As the Commercial Finance Analyst Manager, you will collaborate closely with the commercial team and distributor team to analyze monthly promotions, accrual reviews, and provide valuable insights to all commercial stakeholders at month-end. Your role will involve providing financial insights to the Commercial and Marketing teams, as well as engaging in business partnering with sales counterparts across various channels such as CG/SIS/FS/Retail/Ecom. Additionally, you will evaluate Customer P&L & Promotions, support in monthly financial closing activities, and prepare insightful reports for decision-making purposes.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales and margins by assessing volume, price, mix against Budget/Forecast/LY data to identify issues and recommend corrective actions. You will also assist in modeling and scenario testing for new products and business opportunities while supporting revenue maximization efforts through ad-hoc requirements. Furthermore, your role will involve collaborating with the Sales Team to facilitate sales planning & analysis processes and establish best practices in sales forecasting.
