We are currently partnering with Casagrand to fill the role of Head of Finance/Fund Raising. This pivotal position will oversee the financial management function, focusing on real estate fundraising, VAT compliance, and audit processes. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in fundraising within the real estate sector, coupled with a solid foundation in VAT regulations, accounting principles, and audit procedures.

The successful candidate will hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and boast at least 10 years of finance experience. A deep understanding of VAT regulations, accounting standards, and audit processes is essential. Demonstrated expertise in capital raising for real estate ventures and managing investor relations is crucial. Strong leadership abilities are required to effectively lead a finance team.
