As a Construction Manager at SEGULA Technologies, you will be responsible for leading the Project PMC team in overseeing construction management and site services according to the assigned EPC Contract. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all services align with project objectives while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence throughout the construction process. You will collaborate closely with the Project Director and Project Manager to address any developments that may impact project outcomes.
Your duties will include implementing effective safety programs, monitoring contractor performance against approved schedules, maintaining risk registers, ensuring quality control processes are in place, and administering EPC Contracts efficiently. You will also play a crucial role in reviewing staffing plans, communicating effectively with all stakeholders involved, providing progress reports to project managers regularly, participating in constructability reviews, and coordinating construction activities with engineering teams.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a B.Sc. in an engineering discipline or Construction Management with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Construction Management. Proficiency in managing people, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), negotiation skills, computer literacy (Microsoft Office), recognized industry expertise, and a deep understanding of engineering processes are essential for success in this position.
