As a Financial Controller at SEGULA Technologies in Dubai, your primary responsibilities will include building a robust communication structure within the UAE to ensure key stakeholders are aware of financial performance. You will be responsible for accurate financial reporting and timely submission of deliverables. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in financial forecasting and budget exercises to maintain a high level of accuracy. Your tasks will involve participating in month-end closings to ensure correct revenue and cost allocation by UAE entities.
In this role, you will also support other areas of the business by analyzing results and providing information for decision-making purposes. You will be involved in ad-hoc projects and assist with developing reporting tools and dashboards where necessary. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS standards and local rules), strong problem-solving abilities related to accounting and tax issues, as well as proficiency in financial processes for internal control efficiency.
