As an HR Specialist at SEGULA Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment processes for project personnel. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and project-specific requirements. You will also coordinate and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to maintain accurate and up-to-date information for all employees.

In addition to recruitment tasks, you will facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the project. Handling employee relations issues, addressing grievances and conflicts with professionalism and empathy will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will collaborate with project management teams to monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and timesheets effectively. Moreover, you will assist in implementing HR policies aligned with corporate goals while supporting performance management processes such as goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
