As a Senior Project Manager at SEGULA Technologies, you will play a crucial role in our project management team. Collaborating with the Commercial and Sales teams during the tender phase, you will be responsible for preparing technical proposals and essential documentation to secure projects. Supporting project managers in overseeing pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed design projects, you will ensure successful technical and financial outcomes. You will attend or lead internal and external project meetings, contributing valuable insights and ensuring accurate documentation of Minutes of Meetings.

Your key responsibilities will include tracking project progress, coordinating with the project engineering manager, and preparing weekly and monthly reports to monitor performance effectively. It will be your responsibility to ensure all project deliverables are submitted on time while developing recovery plans for any delays that may arise. Additionally, you will initiate and oversee the preparation of claims or Variations Orders (VORs) in coordination with the project manager. Your role will also involve interpreting client requirements accurately and communicating them effectively to project teams while ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the engineering industry.
• Experience with pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed design projects.
