As the General Manager, you will report directly to the Citizen Services & Defense Operations Director and be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships across various client representatives. You will oversee the overall delivery and performance of a multiservice Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract, including Estates Management, Support Services, and Soft Services. Your role will involve driving transformation programs for second-generation IFM service delivery contracts and ensuring the implementation of integrated asset management technology platforms in accordance with contract commitments. Additionally, you will lead Serco's Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and their appointed specialist providers while spearheading "Operational Excellence" initiatives through LEAN strategies and processes.

We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge of both international and local (UAE) statutory requirements for managing large properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering exceptional customer service in high-profile facilities and possess proven leadership skills necessary for developing strong working relationships with clients. A commitment to continuous improvement processes, exceptional interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities across all levels of management are essential qualities we seek in our General Manager.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing within a Facilities Management (FM) environment, including at least 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplined people managers. Strong leadership capabilities to guide a diverse workforce towards achieving high-quality service delivery are crucial. Proficiency in asset management practices following ISO 55001 standards, familiarity with CAFM systems like FSI Concept Evolution or IBM Maximo, as well as expertise in digital asset management strategies are highly desirable qualifications. A degree in Facilities Management or related field is also preferred.
