As a Sales Account Manager at Seven Star FX, your primary responsibility will be client relationship management. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. To excel in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Forex sales or account management within the financial services sector. Strong knowledge of Forex trading, financial instruments, and trading platforms is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a sales-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office Suite is required. Fluency in English and Hindi is necessary, while additional languages are considered advantageous.
