Shakirovna Salon, located in the vibrant city of Dubai, is a well-known karaoke club "Molodost" that prides itself on creating an atmosphere of celebration and fun for its guests. We are currently seeking a talented and responsible Bar Manager to join our team and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
As the Bar Manager at "Molodost," you will have the opportunity to work in one of the best karaoke clubs in Dubai. Your responsibilities will include organizing and controlling the bar operations, training and managing bar personnel, ensuring quality control of drink preparation and guest service, working with suppliers for ordering and inventory management, developing cocktail menus, meeting sales targets, and maintaining cleanliness in the workplace. We expect you to have at least 1 year of experience as a bar manager, knowledge of cocktail menus and modern trends in the bar business, strong team management skills, initiative, responsibility, and a passion for your work. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an active flow of guests is essential.
