IT Manager

Maintain fluent functioning of the organization's IT and computer hardware components. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance. Develop information technology strategies and services in line with the organisation's overall strategy and objectives. Work in tandem with the management to develop and implement systematic IT policies and procedures. Protect and backup vital information of the company using digital management tools and servers. Work as a bridge to solve critical problems of important individuals within the organization through prompt addressal of the issues.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management roles.
