As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects throughout their life cycle until final acceptance. This includes handling milestones, ensuring adherence to budgets, and taking proactive actions to minimize non-conformance costs. You will play a key role in setting up and maintaining the Siemens Energy Project Management Plan, which includes the Quality Management Plan. Additionally, you will engage with relevant partners during the sales/project initiation phase and establish direct contact with customers' interfacing teams on all project matters.

In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating a smooth handover from Proposal/Sales to execution by analyzing customers' requirements and assessing their commercial and contractual feasibility. Your responsibilities will also involve contract reading to identify risks, opportunities, and contractual obligations. By building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders alike, you will ensure that projects are delivered successfully within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in managing project budgets

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management principles
