About Job:



Silverstone Group of Companies is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, responsible for managing the company’s financial actions, overseeing the finance department, and ensuring the financial stability and growth of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all financial operations including accounting, financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and financial objectives.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting.
Monitor and analyze budget variances and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop and implement cost control measures.
Oversee product and project costing, ensuring accurate pricing and profitability analysis.
Implement cost management strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Oversee all accounting operations, including receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Liaise with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
Manage the company’s capital structure and financing strategies.
Develop relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to secure funding and manage financial risks.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of all departments within the organization.
Collaborate with the department to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.
Provide strategic direction and support to optimize departmental performance.
Lead the financial aspects of business growth initiatives and new projects.
Support the implementation of business growth plans and ensure alignment with financial strategies.
Collaborate with management to drive mergers, acquisitions, and other expansion opportunities.


Qualifications and Experience



Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Experience in a Senior financial management role, preferably within a similar industry.
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, costing, accounts, and taxation.
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
  • Experience in the car rental industry is preferred
