Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller at Skill Farm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and refining processes and policies as needed, supporting the Director Finance in addressing corporate governance issues such as delegation of authority matrix and internal controls, enhancing financial reporting, managing budget processes across UAE entities, coordinating external audits, preparing bank funding models, managing tax exposure, and developing efficient tax strategies.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 4 years in Big 4 audit companies. Experience in real estate, construction, or project management industries is preferred. Knowledge and experience of IFRS, real estate operations, Dubai real estate laws and guidelines are mandatory for this position. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 4 years in Big 4 audit companies. Experience in Real Estate/Construction/Project Management industries preferred. Knowledge of IFRS, real estate operations, Dubai real estate laws and guidelines required.
