As the Finance Manager at SmartStay, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our ventures by providing strategic insights and managing cash flow effectively. Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include administering operational costs, monitoring accounts payable/receivable processes, managing contracts with suppliers, preparing financial reports per apartment, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in generating performance reports on online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb and Booking.com. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, extensive experience in financial planning and management, proficiency in Google Sheets and QuickBooks, as well as prior experience in the short-term rental sector.
