As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team and oversee the financial operations of SmartStay and its sister companies.

As the Finance Manager at SmartStay, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring cash flow liquidity and stability, and monitoring compliance with financial regulations. You will analyze financial data, prepare comprehensive reports, manage operational costs per apartment, oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, and generate performance reports on online travel agencies (OTAs). Additionally, you will develop financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with extensive experience in financial planning and management. Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with QuickBooks are required. Experience in the short-term rental sector with platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential qualities we are looking for.
