As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team and oversee the financial operations of SmartStay and its sister companies.

As the Finance Manager at SmartStay, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, both cash and accrual. You will analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Additionally, you will oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, manage cash flow for liquidity and stability, monitor financial performance against budgets, as well as administer operational costs per apartment. Your role will also involve generating portfolio performance reports on online travel agencies (OTAs) like Airbnb and Booking.com.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Extensive experience in financial planning and management is required, along with proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with QuickBooks. Experience in the short-term rental sector and working with clients in Dubai would be advantageous. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote work environment are essential qualities we seek.
