Financial Controller

Responsible for leading the entire Finance & Accounts vertical of façade & Modular factory operation of Sobha Realty Group. It includes monthly closing, Accounts payable, billing, accounts receivables, audits, management reporting, financial reporting, Cost accounting, VAT compliances, Inventory management, payroll processing & accounting etc he/she will be responsible to manage relationships with internal stakeholders, bank, auditors, corporate office and external stakeholders. Ideal candidate should have proven manufacturing industry experience of managing finance & accounts function, strong communication skills, and collaborative approach to engage with cross functional leaders, auditors, and third-party partners in driving execution.

• 10-12 years accounting experience including 2-4 years’ experience as a Financial Controller/ Finance Head. Manufacturing experience would be preferred.
