We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Corporate Credit Advisory to join a respected regional bank located in Dubai, UAE. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Banking & Head of Credits, the successful candidate will be responsible for professionally managing potentially stressed and/or restructured clients as a Financial Advisor. The primary accountabilities of this role include managing assigned portfolios in compliance with defined business policies, negotiating and recommending restructuring solutions aligned with the bank's underwriting standards, proactively monitoring watch-listed clients, conducting regular client visits for business monitoring purposes, and ensuring timely completion of credit administrations.

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Management along with 15-20 years of experience in Corporate banking, including 8-10 years of exposure specifically within Corporate Banking in the UAE. Commercial acumen and strategic planning abilities are essential for this role. Additionally, candidates must possess strong communication skills in English while proficiency in Arabic is advantageous. The Senior Manager Corporate Credit must demonstrate exceptional planning and organizing skills, report writing proficiency, and the ability to build strong relationships with external stakeholders as a senior representative of the bank.
