As our first Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing Soter's financial operations across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for designing accounting processes, ensuring financial compliance requirements are met, and supporting financial reporting efforts. We are seeking a Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) with 5+ years of experience in financial statement preparation and multi-entity accounting. Experience with globally distributed entities is a plus. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial reporting & analysis processes, technical accounting oversight such as revenue recognition and cost allocation compliance, ensuring statutory compliance across all jurisdictions of operation, managing day-to-day accounting operations like accounts payable and receivable, as well as collaborating on financial systems & processes improvements.
