We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in establishing and managing Soter's financial operations across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for designing accounting processes, ensuring financial compliance requirements are met, and providing support for financial reporting. This exciting opportunity allows you to shape the accounting function within a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate for this hybrid role should be based in Dubai, London, Bermuda, or NYC. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary along with equity opportunities that will be determined based on location, experience, and demonstrated skills. As our first Senior Accountant at Soter, you will oversee financial reporting and analysis by preparing accurate statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Additionally, you will manage closing processes on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while supporting budget preparation and cash flow management under the guidance of the Head of Finance.

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
