Our client, a prominent player in the luxury, Real Estate, and Investment sectors, is currently in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take charge of their financial operations. With a global presence, this position will be situated at their Dubai headquarters. As an established yet progressive business, they are looking for a CFO who can drive restructuring and growth within finance teams across multiple entities or groups.

Reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the COO, the ideal candidate for this role should currently hold a Finance Director position or its equivalent. They must possess a track record of successfully restructuring and expanding finance teams within multi-entity or group companies. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the organization's evolution and must be hands-on while demonstrating an eagerness to grow within the CFO role.

Candidates applying for this position must meet specific criteria to be considered. These include holding professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, along with strong knowledge of local Economic Substance Regulations (ESR). Additionally, experience in Corporate Tax and Transfer pricing is essential. The successful candidate should have prior experience working in a group/multi-entity capacity within an SME setting and exhibit leadership qualities that align with being hands-on within finance operations.
