We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue by selling Indian properties to NRI/Local geography clients.
As a Business Development Manager at Square Yards, you will be responsible for attending qualified leads, meeting clients, and presenting investment opportunities through an education-based approach. You will handle a portfolio of NRI Clients, build strong relationships with them, and pitch available properties effectively. Coordinating with real estate developers, conducting cold calls, property visits, and client meetings will be essential in generating revenue. Your role will involve developing rapport with clients, understanding their goals, educating them on investment strategies, incentives available, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess above-average sales conversion abilities, 2-9 years of experience in B2C sales within the investment property industry, familiarity with negative/positive gearing strategies, and a proven track record of success in previous sales roles. An entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet KPIs through solution-based selling are crucial for success in this role.
