We are currently seeking a seasoned Financial Controller with 10-12 years of experience to join our finance team. In this role, you will oversee all financial operations within our fast-paced fintech environment. Your responsibilities will include managing daily financial transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, cash flow monitoring for liquidity needs, ensuring accurate financial reporting compliant with IFRS standards and local regulations in the UAE.

As the Financial Controller at myZoi, you will lead the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports while providing valuable insights through detailed financial analysis. You will develop key financial metrics and KPIs to track company performance and profitability. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with tax regulations, manage relationships with regulatory bodies like the UAE Central Bank and SCA, and coordinate external audits effectively.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 10-12 years of finance experience with leadership exposure in fintech or related sectors. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required along with certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA. Strong technical skills in financial software like MS Dynamics or SAP are essential while proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools is advantageous.
