As the Assistant Resident Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting projects related to Stormwater & Drainage, Flood Alleviation, Wastewater Networks, and Water distribution networks Pumping Station, Recycling Plant. Your responsibilities will include investigating project requirements, planning and designing solutions, managing tender processes, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Working closely with the Resident Engineer and other team members, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects that meet client expectations.
Key responsibilities for this position include assisting the Resident Engineer in coordinating day-to-day operational activities on the project site. This involves interacting with contractors, subcontractors, laboratories, and monitoring construction progress regularly. You will liaise with government departments, contractors, consultants, and the public to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining project progress logs, organizing progress meetings with service authorities representatives as needed.
