Established in the UAE since 2008, STRUCTURAL is now seeking a Construction Manager to join our Dubai office and lead construction projects across the country.

As a Construction Manager at STRUCTURAL, you will play a vital role in providing construction leadership in the UAE. Working as a General Superintendent, you will oversee field management for Superintendents, Foremen, and open-shop crews involved in various projects such as concrete repair, cathodic protection, waterproofing, and structural strengthening within commercial and industrial settings. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project work efficiently within budget constraints while ensuring a safe workplace environment in alignment with our Safety 24/7 culture.

The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent communication skills in English, strong construction knowledge with technical understanding of projects, and at least 15 years of experience in general construction. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, along with prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in reading construction drawings and contract specifications is essential, as well as advanced leadership abilities to mentor field managers effectively. • The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or significant relevant work experience in place of a degree.
