As the Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading both short-term and long-term business-planning activities for our assets. This includes setting strategies and objectives, designing work programs, preparing annual budgets, and establishing corporate performance measures. You will be responsible for identifying key priorities based on the lifecycle and attributes of each asset, whether it is a new asset integration, mature asset, or one with a growth mandate.
In addition to overseeing financial models to evaluate investment returns on various exercises like PWPA extension or refinancing, you will support the development of asset management and investment management strategies. Your role will also involve ensuring effective implementation of these strategies across assigned assets while aligning activities with overall business goals. Furthermore, you will facilitate smooth transitions between project phases and ensure compliance with key contracts and agreements to protect client interests.
