As the Director of Strategic Planning, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our company's strategic plan while ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market opportunities. Your role will involve conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that will inform strategic decision-making. Collaboration with various departments such as finance, marketing, and operations will be essential to integrate strategic initiatives effectively across the organization.

A proven track record of successful strategic initiative development in complex organizations is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities across diverse audiences, critical thinking capabilities focused on results-driven outcomes, as well as experience leading cross-functional teams are essential qualifications for this role.
