As the Assistant Manager – Asset Management, your primary objective will be to support the Asset Management team in monitoring and enhancing asset performance. This will involve managing cooling service agreements for designated customers, resolving issues promptly, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also play a key role in financial analysis and budget forecasting, preparing reports for management, developing financial models for managed assets, and assisting with feasibility studies for new customers.

In addition to contract management and financial analysis, you will be involved in business development activities such as reviewing financial models for new projects, conducting commercial negotiations with potential clients, and analyzing risks associated with new ventures. Your role will also entail providing operational support by monitoring plant efficiencies and implementing improvement schemes in collaboration with the Operations & Maintenance departments. Furthermore, you will contribute to general administrative matters by digitizing processes, setting up standard policies, assisting with internal audits, and addressing ad-hoc requirements within the department.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a finance background (qualified CA/ACCA/CPA preferred) or an MBA from a reputable institute. You should have 6-8 years of relevant experience, including 1-3 years of experience in the UAE.
