As a Corporate Finance Expert at Tadweer Group, you will be responsible for leading and executing M&A transactions, conducting financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic investment decisions, evaluating potential acquisition targets, joint ventures, and divestiture opportunities. You will collaborate with legal, compliance, and tax teams to ensure proper structuring and regulatory alignment while preparing investment proposals for senior executives and board members. Additionally, you will develop risk management frameworks to mitigate financial risks and monitor economic trends to inform investment strategies.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance or related fields (MBA/CFA/CPA preferred) with at least 5 years of experience in banking, investment management, corporate finance or financial advisory. Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, due diligence processes along with negotiation skills are essential. Experience with cross-border transactions or regulatory frameworks within the banking industry would be advantageous.
