**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial modeling, particularly Excel-based modeling. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models for real estate projects, investments, and business strategies. Your role will involve performing cash flow analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling to support decision-making processes. Additionally, you will assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-term financial plans, and presentations for senior management. Analyzing market trends, property performance, and economic indicators to provide valuable financial insights will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes is essential for success in this role.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Maximum 5 years of experience in financial analysis (preferably in real estate or related industry).
- Expertise in Excel financial modeling – ability to build dynamic models from scratch.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills with problem-solving capabilities.
