We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis of projects and departments, evaluating revenue, vendor costs, team expenses, and overheads. They will identify cost-saving opportunities, perform in-depth cost analysis to identify inefficiencies, monitor expense trends, and provide data-driven financial insights to aid in decision-making.

The successful candidate will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while ensuring compliance with financial policies, standards, and audits. They will develop budgets, forecasts, financial models, analyze variances, and collaborate with different departments to provide financial insights and recommendations. Additionally, they will support automation initiatives to improve budgeting processes.

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance or related field with 10-15 years of experience in financial analysis or cost control. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are essential along with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis software such as SAP or Oracle. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of financial regulations are also required.
