We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Financial Planning Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, performing cost evaluations, and identifying opportunities for financial efficiency and risk management across the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and collaboration with various departments to drive financial insights and process improvements.

As a Financial Planning Analyst at TATWEER MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA L.L.C, your responsibilities will include conducting detailed financial analysis of projects and departments, evaluating revenue, vendor costs, team expenses, and overheads. You will identify cost-saving opportunities, inefficiencies, perform in-depth cost analysis to monitor expense trends, highlight potential risks and cost overruns. Additionally, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while ensuring compliance with financial policies, standards, and audits.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance or related field with 10-15 years of experience in financial analysis or budgeting. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are essential along with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis. Excellent communication skills are required for collaborating with different departments to provide financial insights and recommendations. Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements along with software skills including experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) is preferred.
