As a Financial Planning Analyst at TATWEER MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA L.L.C, you will play a crucial role in conducting detailed financial analysis of projects and departments. You will be responsible for evaluating revenue streams, vendor costs, team expenses, and overheads to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. Your proactive approach to cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and collaboration with different departments will drive financial insights and process enhancements throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities include performing in-depth cost analysis to identify inefficiencies, monitoring expense trends to mitigate potential risks and cost overruns, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, developing budgets and financial forecasts while analyzing variances to support strategic planning efforts. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations while supporting automation initiatives to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field with 10-15 years of experience in financial analysis or cost control. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are essential along with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, data analysis methodologies. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration across departments. Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards as well as experience with financial software such as SAP or Oracle along with advanced Excel skills are preferred.
