The ideal candidate for this role should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the ICT/MNC industry. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required, with additional certifications such as CPA/CMA/MBA considered a plus. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing cash flow, billing, collections, supplier payments, and ensuring financial compliance with regulatory requirements.
In addition to day-to-day financial operations, the Finance Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate communication between the Shared Services Center (SSC) and Regional Office (RO). They will also lead statutory audits, provide financial support for decision-making and strategy implementation as a Finance Business Partner, and oversee asset management, insurance, registers, and licenses. Key performance indicators include timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements, effective financial planning and communication, as well as stakeholder management.
