We are currently looking for an Account Delivery Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational delivery, team execution, customer relationship management, and growth within the assigned Line of Business (LoB). The ideal candidate will strategically drive people management initiatives focused on retention and talent development while ensuring best-in-class service delivery. This role requires establishing a high-performance culture that fosters continuous improvement within the designated LoB. Additionally, the Account Delivery Manager will engage cross-functionally to have a broader impact beyond their specific LoB by collaborating with senior management to set strategic goals for operational efficiency.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience along with 10+ years of leadership and people management experience in a similar capacity. Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken. The Account Delivery Manager must demonstrate superior knowledge of operational functions such as customer service, production, and employee management. Strong communication skills are crucial for maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while driving account growth. This role requires someone with advanced analytical thinking skills capable of making decisions in rapidly changing environments with limited data.
